4/5 Taste οf Cherry is a movie by famous Iranian film director Abbas Kiarostami. The deals with a person who is driving around the city looking for someone who could bury him he takes overdose of sleeping pills and lies at the spot. The movie won Palme d'Or(Highest Prize Awarded) at Cannes Film Festival. This is a great and a must watch movie even though some people might get bored due to long monotonous shots but were important for the movie to leave an effect on the viewer.
Children of Heaven is a masterpiece by Iranian Film Director Majid Majidi. It was nominated for Academy Award for Foreign Language Film but lost to Life is Beautiful. The movie focuses around the story of two children, brother and sister, who share a single pair of shoe. An Indian version of the movie (Bumm Bumm Bole) was released in 2010 but it failed to deliver in Indian Cinema. Coming back to this movie, this is a must watch movie and others should be motivated to see this movie.
Life is Beautiful(
La vita è bella) is a beautiful Italain movie as it's name. It shows the life of a particular Jewish-Italian family in a Nazi concentration camp. The father uses his imagination to keep his family alive. In the end he dies but his wife and his son are reunited again. The movie won three Academy Awards including Best Actor for Roberto Benigni and Best Foreign Language film. This is a seriously must watch movie.
