Hugo - 2011

Hugo is a great movie which has won many awards and is currently awaiting results of the 84th Academy Awards for which it is nominated in several categories. It is directed by Martin Scorsese, a good movie director who has won Academy Awards, BAFTAs, Golden Globes, Emmys, etc. The movie stars Asa Butterfield (Hugo Cabret), Ben Kingsley (Goerges Méliès), Chloë Grace Moretz (Isabelle), Sacha Baron Cohen (Station Inspector Gustave) and various other actors. The movie keeps surprising the viewer from time to time and from the very beginning binds the viewer with the movie. It is a good blend of comedy and surprise. The viewer is moved by the emotional changes in the characters. It has a good quality background music which beautifully compliments all the other things. The viewer can't even guess what the movie is going to be. The most important thing in the movie changes as the movie progresses. A good knowledge about first movies is given. And as the movie is set in Paris, love is in the air and has an effect on everybody. The is obviously a must watch.
