East is East is a British Film. It is about a man named George Khan(played by Om Puri), who expects his children to follow Pakistani ways but the children cannot do so as they are born in Britain and have never been to Pakistan too. The movie Khuda Ke Liye seems to take a thing or two from this movie. This is a good comedy movie and has a more awesome sequel to it named West is West. West is West is more recommended but to watch it you first have to watch this one even though it may loose the plot sometimes.
